If you wish to order paperbacks from  Christine Myers / Clarissa Lake  fill out the form below completely and select which books you'd like to purchase.  Order by the fifteenth of the month. Once I close the orders, we will invoice you through PayPal with the shipping fee included for US orders, and order the books after the invoices have been paid. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, your order will be canceled.

Once I receive the books, they will be signed sent out.
