Notes:

This is a Juried Dealer’s Room. ATOMACON reserves the right to refuse sale of dealer’s space if the committee does not feel that it is in the best interest of the dealer or other dealers booked to do so or if the wares sold do not support the family friendly atmosphere.

ATOMACON cannot hold dealer spaces until paid in full.  Once accepted, we will send an invoice via Paypal to the email address you provide.

Cancellations: NO REFUND after February 15, 2024.  If ATOMACON cancels, dealers receive a full refund. Vendors who cancel before March 15, 2024 will have their spots rolled over to 2025.  Vendors who cancel after March 15, 2025 will only have their spaces rolled over if a replacement can be found before the convention.  Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Legal Stuff

 “[EXHIBITOR] hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save Trident Technical College and ATOMACON harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Trident Technical College.”


 ATOMACON will provide some measure of security during convention operating hours to deter shop lifting, or damage to property.  The dealer’s and artist alley areas will be locked during closed hours and only be opened in the presence of the convention chairman or dealer’s room director.

All vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying, SC sales tax.  For more information, visit: http://www.sctax.org/Tax+Information/Sales+and+Use+Tax/default.htm  One time forms are available for those visiting from out of town. ATOMACON will not be responsible for the collection of these taxes nor will be held liable if any State of SC official comes to the convention to collect the taxes on site.
