Terms and Conditions (MUST READ)
I will do my best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals. However, to be fair to both parties, it is best to have a few simple things written down to make things clearer. I wish for what's best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.
All prices and payments are in USD (unless you are Malaysian/residing in Malaysia)
By proceeding with the commission, you have hereby agreed to the terms and conditions.
TERMS
- Commissions are for personal use only. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale.
* If you want to use the art for commercial purposes, you may pay to have complete rights of the design for commercial use.
- All rights not expressly granted above are retained by me, including any electronic rights or usage, and including, but not limited to all rights in sketches or other preliminary materials. Any use additional to that expressly granted above requires arrangement for payment of a separate fee.
REVISIONS
- You are allowed to make changes at the sketch stage.
- You are allowed three free minor changes to the Work Any additional minor changes will be charged at USD3 per change during the painting stages.
- Changes in your input or excessive changes will be charged USD5 per change
- Any work you wish for me to create, which are not specified in the original corresponding messages between you and me will be considered an additional service. Such work shall require a separate Agreement and payment separate from and above that specified in this Agreement if necessary
PAYMENT & UPDATES
- Upon acceptance, you are expected to pay a 50% deposit to my Paypal account (Maybank if you are in Malaysia). After which, I shall begin the artwork
- Once you share your idea, I will sketch it for both of us to get a consensus and a general idea. Once agreed upon, I will start on the artwork.
- I will update you of the Work's progress from sketch stage, flat colours stage, shading stage and finalised stage. These files will be presented in a low resolution file. Once you have accepted the final stage, you shall pay the remaining 50% then you shall receive the full size image
- Cancellation fees are due based on the amount of work completed (unless otherwise already paid as deposit. Deposits are non-refundable). Eg, if the painting is seventy percent (70%) completed, I shall be entitled to said amount. One hundred percent (100%) of the total fee is due despite cancellation of the job if the art has been completed. Upon cancellation, all rights to the work reverts back to me.
