Adult ADHD Group Interest form
Hello! Here at Apple Tree Counseling, ADHD (or ADD, Neurocognitive executive functioning disorders, etc) is one of our specialties! We want to start a group that could serve to help adults who are either newly diagnosed or who have had it diagnosed early and anywhere in between to be able to help each other, lean on each other, and build accountability and new techniques... hey maybe even it is becoming a superpower! Yes, ADHD has its good qualities, and the more we can understand ourselves and what works for us, the more substantial and powerful we can live super productive and organized lives.
We hope to utilize commercial insurance for the group meetings; if not, it would be $25-$50 each session out of pocket.
