Please complete the form below regarding summer school registration. Summer school hours will be 7:50-3:50. There will be breakfast provided for free along with free lunch. Doors open at 7:30 for breakfast. Summer school dates are May 30th-June 26 Tues-Fri. There will be no summer school on Mondays. If you have multiple students attending PreK-5 summer school **please fill out separately for EACH child**.

This is STEP 1 to registering for Summer School.
