o You will receive $100 if your referral has completed the following items:
 Career Ladder approved 10 hours of professional development
 Submitted a current food handler permit
 Not late for your shift (Late 3 or less times, cannot earn money for current step but can move to the next)

o You will receive $200 if your referral has completed the following items:
 Another Career Ladder approved 10 hours of professional development
 Submitted a current first aid and CPR certification
 Not late for your shift (Late 3 or less times, cannot earn money for current step but can move to the next)

o You will receive the remaining $200 if your referral has completed the following items:
 Another Career Ladder approved 10 hours of professional development
 Not late for your shift

• The new team member must be hired and employed for at least nine months to receive the full $500.
• The new team member must complete 30 hours of approved career ladder classes within in the nine-month period.
• Evidence of career ladder classes must be uploaded to profile.
• The new team member can only move on to the next step if training courses, Food Handlers and CPR-FA are completed in
        the required time
• Position filled must be a fulltime position working 30+ hours per week.
• The new team member cannot have worked for A to Z Building Blocks in the last 5 years.

• Directors and Executives are not eligible for referral bonus.
• Internal Applicants are not eligible.
• Double bonuses with two current employees are not permitted.  Only one bonus to one employee will be rewarded.
