Hello! Thank you for your interest in Annie Jr. this summer at Hickory Ballet & Performing Arts. In the event you cannot make auditions on May 18th at HBPA from 6-8pm, and you would like to be considered for featured roles, please fill out this form. It is due by May 18th at midnight. Students must be registered for camp to audition.

Song Submission: Please submit a Google Drive or Unlisted Youtube link to a short video (no more than 90 seconds) of a song of your choice. Please sing with a karaoke track, no lead vocal! You may sing from the show. Please reference these instructions on how to upload your video if you have any questions. Please film horizontally, from the shoulders up.

Sides Submission: Please view the document at this link and chose one short monologue. It does not need to be memorized!

**If you'd like to do your song and monologue in the same video you may, just put the same link in both boxes**
