After you have put in your order for your customized doll diaper from the Doll Diaper stocking, fill out this form by Saturday at 10pm CT.  Fill it out SEPARATELY for EACH doll diaper you purchased.  
 TAKE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT THE FORM AS ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE!  Thank you so much and happy designing!  
This stocking cannot be combined with Un-vaulted embroidery customs or non-rush hoodies unless you don't mind receiving after Christmas.
2019 doll diapers are sized like newborn velcro diapers without the sewn in soaker.  The inside lining is PUL (the same waterproof material as the outside), there are NO SNAPS on the rise and no snap in for the liner.  The included liner lays in.

Feel free to request a certain character wing if you chose one of the featured wings, just be clear so we don't think it's a completely different wing request.  You may request a wing not featured above if you know we likely have it (from previous stockings, etc) as long as it won't affect your body choice.  You may request a few different wings as long as you are within the 5 WORD LIMIT.  You MUST also select a wing option 'A 'and 'B' since writing in something different is NOT a guarantee!  We will use your selection from the featured wings if we don't have your write-in request.
