We are looking for a junior to mid level graphic designer to join our growing team! White label designers are welcome.

Monarch Design Co. is on the hunt for a designer with a keen eye detail and passion for design, typography and branding, to help us with our busy studio projects. If you love creating beautifully designed brands, marketing collateral and social media graphics, but have a special place in your heart for small and creative businesses, and want to help create an unparalleled experience for our clients, we would love to hear from you!

What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD)
- You are available for 5-10 hours/week with room to grow beyond that in the near future
- You are detail oriented (attention to detail is a must)
- You are a team player
- You have a keen eye for aesthetic, typography, layout design and composition
- You enjoy digging into the creative process and research phases to further fuel your designs and creativity.
- Really align with our design aesthetic and vibe
- You have a passion for branding
