PLEASE NOTE: This is an inquiry form only and is not a confirmation that your order can or will be fulfilled. Confirmation of orders will be communicated directly by me through email, and an invoice will be sent either at the 1st or 15th of the month prior to your selected time frame, depending on which is closer. This invoice must be paid IN FULL before any baking/icing of cookies takes place, and if your invoice remains unpaid by the week of your service date, your order will be automatically cancelled.
