The first collection of stories included over 200 submissions from across Canada and around the world. The second chapter has over 60 so far and submissions are still coming in every day!  The third chapter has just over 30. So many interesting similarities and differences in our individual and collective experiences. Thank you for your honest and authentic reflections.  Check back to the project website: https://storiesfromselfiso.wixsite.com/mysite to learn about the stories of other contributors.  This is the fourth and final chapter of this project and focus of these questions, now at 7 weeks into the declaration of the pandemic, is "Postponed until further notice!" With many thanks from me and future generations who will learn from your experiences. Katy Whitfield :)

Thank you so much for sharing your stories as part of the "Stories from Self-Isolation" story collection. What began as a small idea to give a space for people to share their stories and experiences, has become a wonderful tapestry of interwoven stories which have brought me such joy. I know that when I teach the history of the pandemic moving forward that your contributions will bring it to life in meaningful and connected ways for my students. Thank you so much for your willingness to share, to contribute and to be part of it.  Please continue to check the project website https://storiesfromselfiso.wixsite.com/mysite for more updates. I will be in touch again soon.  It is my hope that you will remain healthy, safe and well.  Sincerely,  Katy Whitfield, Coordinator, Stories from Self-Isolation
