YMHC Expectations:

To receive this donation of $500 worth of mental wellness workbooks, including shipping fees, communities must:
Recognize the support of Youth Mental Health Canada (YMHC) on your social media platforms with posts and tags
Have students and staff complete the feedback form so that we can document the benefits of the workbooks on social media and in funding proposals (Testimonials and quotes from youth and staff will help us demonstrate that the books are an important and accessible resource that can benefit young people and their families in a variety of ways)
Encourage people in your community to follow YMHC on social media to build momentum for mental health education, support, advocacy, and change
