This summer we will offer sports camps for students entering grades 6 - 8 in the fall of 2022
Please note - you will only be able to sign up one child per form.
All middle school sports camps run 8:30am - 12:30pm and are $250/week.

Your spot is not secure for camp until we have received your payment.  Link to pay camp registration will be on next page.

Full payment is required at the time you register.  You may receive a 50% refund if you withdraw before June 1, 2022.  No refunds will be given after June 1, 2022 unless SMWS cancels the session.  SMWS reserves the right to cancel a session if the minimum number of campers do not sign up. In the event that SMWS cancels a session, your full payment will be refunded.  Your registration in this program is proof of acceptance of these terms.
