Co-op Rhody - Our Academy Workshop Series - Application

Thank you for your interest in our training series! Co-op Rhody is partnering with Our Academy to offer a five-session online training on the financial side of launching a worker-owned dispensary.

We are opening 8 seats to the public, prioritizing applicants who meet one or more of the following (but open to all!):
✅ Have experience in the cannabis industry
✅ Are interested in starting a worker-owned cannabis dispensary
✅ Have been impacted by the War on Drugs

Training Details:

📅 April–May 2025 (Asynchronous online learning)
📍 Optional in-person discussions: Thursdays, 7–8 PM in Rhode Island

Courses: 
  1. Fundraising Essentials
  2. Fundraising II: The Founder’s Journey
  3. Cash Flow Management
  4. Pro Forma Essentials
  5. Business Plans and Pro Forma Assumptions
Eligibility & Expectations:
  • You must be able to complete all 5 online sessions at your own pace.
  • You can attend optional in-person meetups.
