Mississippi Earthtones Festival 2023 - Vendor & Sponsor Registration Form
Dear Friend of the Mississippi,

Alton Main Street, Sierra Club and Jacoby Arts Center are seeking sponsors, exhibitors and vendors for the 17th Annual Mississippi Earthtones Festival on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, to be held at Liberty Bank Alton Amphitheater (#1 Riverfront Drive - Alton, IL 62002).

At this free & family-friendly event, we will feature 50+ educational booths and art displays, plus live music, interactive art exhibits, as well as great local food & beverages. We will also be recruiting volunteers for a river litter clean-up the following weekend. Our goal is to bring locals and tourists alike to Downtown Alton to celebrate the Mississippi River through art, music and conservation.

The MEF is our area’s premier showcase for nature/conservation-based organizations and eco-friendly businesses and makers, so don’t miss this great opportunity to get your products and services in front of a large crowd! We expect approximately 5,000 attendees (including approximately 200 children) to take part in family-friendly activities from Noon until 6:00pm and enjoy artist booths and live music which continue until 10:00pm.

To apply for a booth space or sponsor the event, please complete this form. Instructions for payment will be in the confirmation message after completing your submission.

*Please note: food and beverage vendors are invitation-only. You may fill out this form and request to be considered, but please do not send the fee until you have been approved.
