Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our 2024 est.HER Conference, April 11-13th in Spring Hill, TN!

We are offering two packages for vendors:

Option 1: Vendor Booth with Sponsorship - $500 includes the following (THIS OPTION IS SOLD OUT):
  • One 10' x 10' space
  • Conference registration for two people
  • ¼ page ad with copy placed in the event program (must be provided by vendor)
  • Promotional graphic displayed on screens in lobby and auditorium (must be provided by vendor)
  • Swag bag promo insert (i.e. flyer, postcard, bookmark, etc.) (must be provided by vendor - approx. 300 needed) 
Option 2: Vendor Booth Only - $125 includes the following (LIMITED SPOTS LEFT!):
  • One 10' x 10' space
  • Conference registration for two people

Vendor Hours (CST) these subject to small changes:

Thursday, April 11: 5:00pm – 6:00pm; 8:45pm – 9:30pm
Friday, April 12: 8:00am – 9:00am; 10:00am-10:15am 12:00pm-1:00pm; 2:45pm – 3:00pm; 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday, April 13: 8:00am – 9:00am; 12:00pm – 1:00pm; 4:15pm – 5:30pm


**By submitting this vendor application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. David C Cook and the venue reserve the right to approve or deny any vendor for any reason and to change, reschedule, cancel or otherwise alter the event or its details at any time.

All vendors are subject to rules and policies to be provided and communicated prior to and during the event, and you agree that you shall comply with all communicated rules and policies if accepted. A vendor agreement will be provided to accepted vendors; failure to sign the agreement will result in exclusion from the event.

The vendor fee is nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled.

NOTE: In an effort to ensure your investment in this event is worth it, we will review applications to confirm we do not have duplicate vendors representing the same types of products/offerings, and that products sold are relevant to the majority of the conference participants and do not conflict with the Esther Press brand. Filling out this application does not secure your spot as a vendor. We have limited spots available.
