The theme of this year is "Excitement * Education * Endurance".  This statement is not simply a catchy phrase that sounds good today and is forgotten tomorrow; rather, it represents a theme that on which we will focus throughout the year.  Most everyone enjoys music through some media, be it television, radio, movies, or concerts. Central to the appreciation and understanding of music is performance. There is a genuine exhilaration in making music, in playing a beautiful concert, performing a thrilling half-time show, or marching a parade! Parental Agreement: I understand the work and commitment needed of my child to participate in Band at Loranger High. I have discussed this with my child and am giving my child permission to participate in Band during the 2020-2021 school year. We understand Band is a co-curricular activity involving during school as well as after school activities. I understand there is a $120 band fee to cover the cost of my child's band uniform and insurance ($15 T-Shirt, $30 Polo, $25 School Insurance, $50 Uniform/Warm-up). *
