Biểu mẫu dưới đây dành cho những vận động viên (VĐV) nâng/hạ cự ly hoặc chuyển nhượng đăng ký. Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu, BTC sẽ được phản hồi đến email của VĐV trong thời gian tối đa 7 ngày.

Vui lòng theo dõi hộp thư của bạn (bao gồm cả hộp thư rác) cho email đến từ địa chỉ registration@pulse.vn.

*Lưu ý: Nâng/ giảm/ chuyển nhượng cự ly đăng ký không được áp dụng đối với đăng ký không trả phí.
