AQUATECH SWIM - USE A MAKEUP TOKEN FORM

Use this form to request assistance with booking an existing makeup token on your account. Makeup lessons can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. Makeup tokens can also be booked through the Customer Portal by visiting "My Account" and selecting "Makeups" under a specific student. 

Important: There are no financial credits or reimbursements for makeup tokens that have not been used within the policy timeframe. Once a makeup token has been used to book a lesson or reservation, there are no cancellations or changes that can be made. If the makeup lesson or reservation is missed, the makeup token will be forfeited.
