Use this form to enter your child's details against the instrument they wish to learn. Please include the child's full name and their school year. Details of tutors and their availability before or after school will be shared with you once you complete this form. The P&C will purchase instruments for students to loan once we know the level of commitment to learning. It is considered essential that your child commits to tutoring to be a member of the school band. Scholarships are available to support families who may need some assistance to enable their child to learn music. Please contact the school principal, Sue Smith, to discuss.
