T3 Personal Training Application
Thank you for your interest in T3 Personal Training!  With the T3 personal training program you have the opportunity to build a foundation with your knowledge and abilities to build a strong and healthy physique with a lifestyle to match.

The T3 personal training program will focus on the same fundamentals of the T3 program with a 1-on-1 approach.  These fundamentals include:

Progressive Overload Strength Training
Macro-Based Nutrition
Daily Habit Tracking
Mindset Work

The T3 personal training package includes 12 sessions and participants will work with Amanda Campbell as their trainer.  Those 12 sessions can be completed over 4 weeks or 6 weeks as follows:

4 Weeks
- 3 sessions/week
- Day #1: PUSH - Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders
- Day #2: LOWER BODY - Glutes, Hamstrings, & Quadriceps
- Day #3: PULL - Back & Biceps

6 Weeks
- 2 sessions/week
- Day #1: PUSH - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, & Quadriceps
- Day #2: PULL - Back, Biceps, Hamstrings, & Glutes

Each session will include instruction and execution of proper mechanics with mobility, strength training, and conditioning exercises with the support of progression over time.  The goal with T3 personal training is for you to be proficient and safe with the exercises, fundamentals, & mechanics of your personal training program.  Our goal is for all clients to find sustainable and safe ways to achieve results and to establish longevity with this lifestyle.

WHEN: Monday-Friday between 9:00am-1:00pm
COST: $720/12 sessions

Participants will begin with an initial consultation in person at the Tire Trained studio.  This will take approximately 30 minutes.  During the initial consultation you will have the opportunity to share specific information about your lifestyle, preferences, and schedule.  We will collect your stats (e.g. height, weight, body fat %, etc.) and establish a personalized plan to set you up for success with your program.

Attendance Policy:
Participants of the T3 personal training program must give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a session.  If the cancellation is before the 24 hour window participants can reschedule their session.  If the cancellation is within the 24 hour window, participants will forfeit that session and will not be able to make it up.  Tire Trained does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products, programs or services.
