Use this form to complete your membership application for the Adelaide First Person View (FPV) Racing (AFPVR) sporting club. This form will collect all the details we require to register you or renew your membership and provide you instructions on how to make your payment (AFPVR membership + MAAA/MASA membership).
Please complete all sections of the form and click submit at the end.

Once the form is submitted payment can be made by sending your payment via PayPal to treasurer@adelaidefpvracing.com.au or by visiting https://www.paypal.me/afpvr
Please ensure your notes include your Surname and/or MAAA number.
It is your responsibility to ensure the club is receiving the full payment for your membership. PayPal Fees can be avoided by using a Savings Account instead of a Debit card. More information here: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees

All memberships will be processed as FULL YEAR when applying between July and December 2020.
HALF YEAR membership available ONLY on request to treasurer@adelaidefpvracing.com.au between January and June 2021. Do not submit half year payments until you've received confirmation from the Treasurer.

Senior:
MAAA $90
MASA $20 - $8 decrease from last year!
AFPVR $40 (New) or $20 (Renew) - No change from last year
=$150 for NEW AFPVR SENIOR MEMBERS ($90 MAAA + $20 MASA + $40 AFPVR )
=$130 for RENEWING AFPVR SENIOR MEMBERS ($90 MAAA + $20 MASA + $20 AFPVR)

Junior:
MAAA $45
MASA $10 - $4 decrease from last year!
AFPVR $40 (New) or $20 (Renew) - No change from last year
=$95 for NEW AFPVR JUNIOR MEMBERS ($45 MAAA + $10 MASA + $40 AFPVR)
=$75 for RENEWING AFPVR JUNIOR MEMBERS ($45 MAAA + $10 MASA + $20 AFPVR)

EXISTING MAAA MEMBERS: For existing MAAA members with current MAAA membership with another MAAA club you can just pay the AFPVR component of $40 for new or $20 for renewing AFPVR membership. But you MUST have an active MAAA membership for the current financial year.
