We are pleased to inform you that parents/guardians will be able to attend our Book Week Parade. It is essential though that this form be completed beforehand.

The parade will be held at the following times on our oval:
Kinder White - Tuesday, October 20th at 9:00 am
KB, KG & Prep - Grade 4 - Wednesday, October 21st at 9:00 am

• Parents/guardians to stand (socially distant apart) around the perimeter of the oval against the fence.
• Please do not stand near the goalposts.
• Students will come up in grade groups and walk through the centre goal posts and walk one lap around the oval before returning to class.
• Once you have dropped your child to class on Tuesday/Wednesday morning, please make your way up to the oval. We will not be able to have a speaker system in use on the day so we encourage you to clap and cheer our participants as they go past.

On entering these premises, I agree to follow St Aloysius' protocols to mitigate or minimise the risk of COVID-19:
- I have not been in contact with any person who has or has had Covid-19
- I have not been in contact with anyone who has travelled interstate or internationally in the last 21 days
- I am not awaiting the results of a covid-19 test
- I am not suffering from any cold or flu symptoms
- I will observe and maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres from all adults on the premises
