Please fill out the following form to request a date to earn a badge at The Umbrella.  After completing the form, you will be contacted in order to begin the booking process.

Once a date and instructor are booked, the host/troop leader will be contacted to confirm receipt of deposit by the office. The instructor leading the activity will contact the host before the event to discuss the details. The balance is due the day after the badge requirements have been completed.
