We are excited to announce a call for proposals for the National FSS Conference taking place October 21 – 22, 2024 in Washington, D.C. Because we envision FSS Link as a collaborative learning community, we want to feature field-generated solutions, best practices, and lessons learned. We are seeking proposals for presentations, workshops, and panels that align with our theme this year,
Shaping Tomorrow: Innovating FSS Policy and Practice.
Timeline:
June 14, 2024: Proposal Submission Deadline
June 30, 2024: Notification of Acceptance
We are especially interested in proposals within the following topics:
• FSS Program Management
• Participant Engagement
• Community Partnerships
• Homeownership
• Workforce Development
• Credit Building
• Entrepreneurship
Likewise, as an organization that emphasizes the importance of centering the lived experience of clients in our work, we are interested in proposals that thoughtfully incorporate client voices and participation.
Selection Process:
Selection criteria will include but is not limited to:
• Relevance to the conference theme
• Emphasis on client-centered practices
• Quality of content and presentation
• Potential impact on the audience
