Workshop Topics include: Benefits of Homeownership, Qualifying for a Mortgage, Understanding your Credit, Home Buyer Programs, Review of Fair Housing.

Upon completion of the workshop participants will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, which can be used to complete 'STEP 1' of HACP's Homeownership Program, and qualify for financial assistance and/or mortgage products with various lenders.
