Advance Request to Attend a Conference/ Meeting
Once you receive approval from School Administration;
1. Please complete this form at least THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the conference or meeting.
2. Complete your Conference/Meeting registration.
3. Email the registration confirmation to Janel & Jessica. (must be received ASAP)
4. Email a conference flyer or event itinerary to Janel & Jessica (must be received with registration confirmation).
5. If paying and seeking reimbursement, please email/send original receipts to Janel & Jessica ASAP.
***Meals - $56 per day will be reimbursed/Original receipts are required***
