Tables are booked on the basis of availability as determined by MCC Facilities. There is a charge of $50.00 per table/per day unless otherwise specified or your organization qualifies for fee waiver. Solicitors/Vendors will need to complete and sign this request.

There is a charge of $50.00 per table/ per day or $125.00 per week unless otherwise specified or your organization qualifies for fee waiver. For this cost, vendor receives:
• 1 table, 2 chairs, and space to exhibit and sell their product and services (requests shall be granted on a first come first served basis)
• The opportunity to enhance company image on the Community College campus
• Exposure to potential patrons (MCC enrolls about 20,000 students each fall semester)
This permission is subject to immediate revocation and possible prosecution for violation of any of the following:
1. All federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations of the Maricopa County Community College District, Mesa Community College, or any specific limitation imposed herein by the Office of Student Life.
2. Vendors are solely responsible for reporting any federal, state, city or local applicable taxes.
3. Posters, signs, flyers, etc. may be posted on approved bulletin boards or deposited for pick-up only with prior approval of the Director of the Office of Student Life or his/her designee.
4. Furnishing false or misleading information in this permit.
5. Vendors must comply with Mesa Community College officials acting in performance of their duties.
6. Vendors may not obstruct the flow of traffic or approach students. Students may approach the table of their own accord.
7. Any action in conflict with the MCCCD solicitation agreement located at: https://chancellor.maricopa.edu/public-stewardship/governance/administrative-regulations/2-students/2.4-college-environment/2.4.9-use-of-college-grounds-by-non-mcccd
Prior to soliciting in any building, lobby, or any other area on the Mesa Community College campuses, the vendor must show this permit and receive permission from the person in charge of the facility.
