PRUDE Inc.’s Workplace Bias Recognition Program welcomes entrepreneur, podcaster and musician Clinton Davis to discuss Business Best Practices for People of Colour.

Clinton Davis got his start in entrepreneurship at age eight with his paper route in Toronto, where he encouraged his friends to help out, offering them each a cut. From there the entrepreneurial passion stuck. With parents in entrepreneurship and management, he was surrounded by those skills growing up.

Clinton currently owns/operates both Le Salon Dieppe Salon|Spa and LSD Beauty. A trained audio engineer, he owned his own music studio in Toronto, where he recorded artists, and managed himself as a musician for more than 15 years. In New Brunswick, he owned and successfully grew a Glamour Secrets franchise, as well as a music entertainment company. He is an experienced manager, having managed departments at CasinoNB and in many restaurants. With a strong belief that POC need to support each other, work together, and collaborate, Clinton will share his struggles and accomplishments as a person of colour in New Brunswick. He will also share business tips/resources he hopes will help those looking to get into business for themselves.
