Application to Graduate form - 2024
All graduands from the main Taraka Campus who wish to graduate at
the
56th Graduation Ceremony, must complete all required details in this form and submit by
Friday, 23 March 2024
.
Graduands who choose to graduate in person, must pay the required gown fee and present your receipt to the Accounts Cashier to collect the white university receipt before you can collect your gowns. All the graduating students are urged to pay for their own gowns. Invitation cards will only be issued upon the show of gown payment receipts at RKCC Foyer during gown issue dates.
All Postgraduate graduands must contact the Academic and Student Administration Office on phone 473 4285 or email
graduation.enquiries@pnguot.ac.pg
to confirm their attendance.
The University will not be responsible for any graduation expenses if you choose to attend the ceremony.
Graduands who fail to pay debts/fines/charges on time will result in your certificates being withheld by the University.
Graduands are advised to be on time for the graduation; no graduand will be allowed entry into the graduation arena after 20 minutes into the graduation ceremony.
