Vendor Application- The Barking Bodega Pop-Up Dog Park & Pet Adoption Event @ The Uptown Farmers Market
Thank you so much in your interest in joining The Barking Bodega at The Uptown Farmers Market. This dog-friendly market and our 24,000 sf pop-up dog park draw in over 4,000 people each event and have been a huge hit with the dog loving community. We expect an even larger turn out for these upcoming events and are now accepting applications for our vendor marketplace. We are excited to highlight some awesome, local businesses and would love for you to join us! Please see below for additional details. WHAT: The Barking Bodega Pop-up Dog Park & Pet Adoption Event @ The Uptown Farmers Market

WHERE: 5757 N Central Ave. (on the NW Lawn of the North Phoenix Baptist Church Campus)

EVENT TIME: 8 am - 1 pm

WHEN: Saturdays
1. February 10th, 2024 (Valentine's Day Market)
2. March 16th, 2024 (Spring Fling Market)
3. and April 27th, 2024 (Pupchella)

COST:

1 event = $200/each
2 events = $175/each
3 events = $150/each

25% discount is offered for non-for-profit organizations.

Vendors are able to keep 100% of sales made at the event.

VENDOR SPACE: 10’ x 10’ grass space or a parking space.

VENDOR RULES & REQUIREMENTS:
Vendor agrees to abide by all rules set forth by The Barking Lot Concepts LLC.
 
1. Registration fee only includes vendor space. Tables and chairs will not be provided and are solely the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors will supply their own tent and tabling equipment. Tents cannot be anchored by stakes, as they will puncture sprinklers. Vendors must use weights to anchor their tents.

2. The Barking Lot Concepts LLC does not provide equipment, decoration, labor, carpenters, storage for exhibit materials, special lighting, gas, power, water supply or other related services.

6:30 AM - 7:30 AM 8 AM - 1 PM 1 PM - 2 PM

Load in/Set up begins at 6:30 AM on Saturday. If a Vendor is not on the premises by 7:30 AM, their space will be forfeited. The location of the vendor booths will be assigned the Friday before Market. Please check-in Saturday morning upon arrival with the Event Coordinator – Francesca Zanzucchi.

Vendors agree to be set-up by 7:45 am and remain set-up until 1 pm. This timeline must be agreed to without exception. Breakdown/load out starts at 1 PM.

4. To secure your vendor space full payment must be submitted. This payment is non-refundable. NO REFUNDS will be issued. If an event is canceled, they will be rescheduled for a future date. All rescheduled events will take place on a Saturday during the same hours, in the same location.

5. Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable municipal, provincial and federal government laws and regulations, and assumes all liability for and undertakes promptly to pay all sales taxes, if any, which are assessed against either The Barking Lot Concepts LLC in respect of the space occupied or the use to which the space is used. Each vendor is responsible for paying Phoenix sales tax.

6. Excessive noise, bothersome lighting or other use by vendors that interferes with the exhibition space used by other vendors is prohibited, as is the creation or maintenance by vendors of any dangerous or hazardous condition or situation.

7.Vendor acknowledges The Barking Lot Concepts LLC provides no insurance covering the vendor's property. It is the vendor's sole responsibility to obtain interruption, property damage, personal injury, vandalism, theft and any other insurance it may need to cover any losses it may suffer at The Barking Lot Concepts LLC. Vendor agrees that The Barking Lot Concepts LLC will not be responsible to the Vendor for any losses suffered by Vendor. Vendors are responsible to have their own liability insurance.

8. IMPORTANT MARKETING INFO We do not have permission to market our vendors or event as part of The Uptown Farmers Market. They have a very extensive waitlist for vendors and we are not part of their market. You may not post marketing material that indicates you are joining the Uptown Farmers Market. Any marketing material must indicate that you will be at the Barking Bodega Pop-up event which is next to the Uptown Farmers Market.
