Raxheli’s Media/Business Commission Form
Media commissions include: Social media, podcasts, Twitch, etc.
Business commissions include: logos, promo flyers, product designs, etc. 

A few notes before proceeding:

1. Be sure to fill out all of the information so we can make this as easy as possible.

2. You will need to provide at least two reference photos.

3. Payment is due up front for these Commissions unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. You filling out the form means that you agree to these terms as well as the ones in the commission agreement.

5. These types of commissions can take up to 8 weeks. Please keep that in mind before filling out the form.

Please remember that I do have the right to deny a commission request. I will let you know if that is the case.

- Forward facing, profile view, over the shoulder, etc. Must put if it is a shoulder/bust Commission
3. Background:
- Items, designs, patterns, sparkles
4. Personality
- Cute, Kind, romantic, devious. this typically applies to emotes only
