In compliance with RA-10173 also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Erudite Reliability Services OPC recognizes its responsibilities to respect and protect the data it collects, uses, organizes, records, updates, consolidates or deletes from its members and users.

The personal data obtained from the registration form is entered and stored within the organization’s authorized database and will only be accessed by the Erudite Reliability Services OPC authorized personnel. Erudite Reliability Services OPC has instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of its participants and members.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored from the registration form shall only be used for the following purposes:  Processing and reporting of documents related to the event, certificate of completion and directory announcements/ promotions of events, programs, courses and other activities offered/ organized by Erudite Reliability Services OPC and its partners.

Erudite Reliability Services OPC shall not disclose the participants' and members' personal information to third parties without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of 5 years for the effective database management.
