Berryton Elementary School 2025-2026 Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment Registration
Welcome! We are excited to have you join our Berryton Family!   If you have a child that will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025, please complete this form to receive information regarding our Kindergarten Roundup Pre-Enrollment.  To attend Kindergarten your child has to be 5 years of age on or before August 31st.  

*If your child is already a current student at Berryton Elementary in one of our preschool programs, and WILL be attending Kindergarten in the fall of 2025, please go ahead and complete this form.

Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment emails will be sent home after Spring Break (mid-March) to all registered incoming kindergartener’s families.  Please read all the information carefully and fill out ALL links completely.  In addition to the links, you will also need to be sure you have emailed the following documents to Mrs. Tanya (prior to attending our event in mid-April):

·      Proof of Residency: i.e. Utility bill in your name, building and/or purchase agreement, or a rental agreement 

·      COPY of a legal birth certificate (State Certified Copy)

       COPY of most recent health assessment

·      COPY of Immunization Record

·      COPY of Custody Papers (if applicable)

Please help us track new students moving into our attendance area.  You may call the office or have the new family call the office.
