Please submit this form if you have submitted a Pro-social Event form and would like to redeem it to go first and leave early at Status Conference. There is a not a limit on how many Pro-Social Event forms you can submit and no rules about how often you can use this incentive.

If you do not receive confirmation of receipt of this request by 10am the day of status, please contact the office at (706) 613-3206. This is important so that the office can be sure to give notice to the Judge(s) to call you at the beginning of Status.
