Do you know a
teen who struggles to direct their focus, control big emotions, or make
decisions? Neurodiversity – including ADHD
and Autism Spectrum diagnoses – can complicate the already difficult process of
transitioning to adulthood.
Join school
psychologist Courtney Frist
for this educational program designed to teach resilience-building and
self-regulation skills that will empower teens to gain greater self-control and
navigate the academic and social dimensions of life with greater ease.
Using science, art, music, and cooperative
grouping, we will befriend the body's instincts to self-regulate and get better
social connection.
