By submitting an application through this form, you agree that you have read and accepted the following rules:
Tables available are limited and not all applications will be granted. If not accepted, you will be moved to a waitlist to be considered in the event any tables become available.
Applications will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 6th, 2024, and you will hear back on the status of your application by May 8th, 2024. Late applications will automatically be moved to the waitlist.
If accepted, you will be sent a link with more information and payment details. You MUST make payment by May 10th, 2024 to reserve your space. Late payments will not be accepted. If payment is not received by this date, your table will be allotted to an artist on the waitlist.
Each artist may apply for only one space, whether it’s a half table (3ft) or full table (6ft).
Tables cannot be shared with any artists not listed within the application.
Exhibitor set up time is from 7AM to 9:00AM and you must be available to set up your spot during this time.
Contracted Artist Alley tables cannot be transferred without prior communication and agreement with TAAFI. Fees are non-refundable. Should the TAAFI Job Fair or Artist Alley event be cancelled for any reason, contracted artists would have the ability to receive a full refund.
TAAFI's Artist Alley will accept applicants on a first come, first serve basis at TAAFI’s discretion based on appropriate content and thematic fit in the realm of ‘animation art.’ We consider ‘animation art’ to include anything ranging from Cartoons, VFX, Video Games, Comics, Toys, Caricature, Illustration, Painting, Apps, Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Voice Acting, Filmmaking, Broadcasting, Distribution, to Animation Educators.
Vendors and artists take sole responsibility for content that is available at their tables for sale. TAAFI will not be held responsible for illegal sale of copyrighted material, including fan art.
Artists may only sell their own work, therefore the sale of mass-produced merchandise and plagiarized works is prohibited. This includes AI art.
No nudity is allowed to be displayed. Any works depicting sexual content, nudity or graphic violence must be closed inside a binder or portfolio clearly marked as adult content not for kids.
