By applying for a fob, I confirm that I abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. A Derby Rowing Club member may apply for a fob once their membership application has been approved by the Derby Rowing Club Executive Committee and appropriate payment has been made.
2. An application for a fob must be approved by either the Captain, Vice Captain or Membership Secretary.
3. Members are responsible for ensuring they continue to abide by the Derby Rowing Club Safety Plan.
4. The fob system is to be used in combination with the key pad at all times and at no point should the key pad be left unlocked.
5. Members must ensure that all lights are off and the building is fully secured when they leave the club.
6. The fob holder is responsible for any abuse or damage caused by their actions when using  their fob.
7. The fob is issued for the members use only and it must not be loaned or otherwise  provided for the use of anyone else under any circumstances. Fobs cannot be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.
8. If you suspect any tampering or improper use of the system, please report this to captainderbyrowingclub@gmail.com at the earliest convenience.
9. Fobs that are lost should be reported to captainderbyrowingclub@gmail.com at the earliest convenience so that access via this fob can be revoked.
10. The fob must be returned to the Club when they are no longer required or if the fob holder ceases to be a member of Derby Rowing Club.
11. The issued fob will remain the property of Derby Rowing Club and DRC reserve the right  to cancel the fob if misused. Derby Rowing Club reserve the right to withdraw the fob without reason to the fob holder.
