• Bringing an original Birth certificate and Baptismal Certificate to the school office.
• Bringing cash or a check in the amount of $100.00 for the non-refundable registration fee per family.
• Setting up a tuition payment plan in the office.

Spaces will be reserved only for those who complete these steps. Families will be registered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Should classrooms fill, a waiting list will be created and parents will be notified.

The mandatory fundraiser has changed this year. The amount is $250 for full time families, and $125 for part time preschool families. In the fall, every family will receive 50, $5.00 raffle tickets (1/2 day preschool families will receive 25, $5.00 raffle tickets).

Information about Mandatory Volunteer Hours will be available in January 2024. This is a new initiative to increase volunteerism in the school.

We are always diligent about preparing a budget that is fiscally sound. We are able to offer limited financial assistance for our families. Please go online to the application at: https://factsmgt.com/financial-management/tuition-management/ and fill out the information. March 15, 2024, is the deadline to apply for financial aid.

The information provided online will be entered into our school database upon acceptance and our School Office will be contacting the family / guardian involved in the application.

St. Celestine School uses FACTS Management for our tuition and fee collections. Upon acceptance to the school, an email invitation will be sent from FACTS to the family to set up an account and choose a billing method which includes three options: an automatic withdraw from a bank account, automatic bill to a credit card, or pay in full with a check.
