Oak Hills Band Association Craft/Vendor Fair Registration Form:

Time : 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Registration Deadline is April 1, 2022 or until spaces are full.
PRICING:
Non-Electric - $30.00 per space ($40.00 after 2/1/2022)
Electric - $35.00 per space ($45.00 after 2/1/2022)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF THE SHOW:
- You may arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
- YOUR BOOTH MUST BE COMPLETELY READY BY 8:45 a.m. FOR FIRE MARSHAL INSPECTION.
- You will enter at the door designated on your email confirmation letter. Parent volunteers and Band Student Leadership Team
members will do their best to assist you to your booth location.
- You will need to BRING YOUR OWN tables, chairs, electrical cords (if electric space is requested) and displays.
VENDORS:
- DIRECT SALES VENDOR SPACES ARE LIMITED AND WE ALLOW ONLY ONE VENDOR FROM EACH COMPANY. (IE: Two Thirty One vendors will not be permitted).
- NO CORPORATE MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES ACCEPTED. (IE: Home Improvement or Remodeling Company Reps)

Please complete this form and submit your payment via PayPal. All payments must be completed using PayPal at the time of registration. PayPal payments are subject to a 3% processing fee which will automatically be added to your total.
Registration confirmation and additional details will be EMAILED after booth assignments are completed.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED BASIS. REGISTRATION IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
DUE TO THE FUNDRAISING NATURE OF THIS EVENT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
