2023-2024 ADA Performance Team Interest Form
Please complete this form before attending placement auditions.
This interest form gives us an idea of what each dance family’s competitive interests are.  This does not mean we will place your dancer depending on this sheet, although we will try to accommodate each family as much as possible.
All dancers are accepted, and each dancer will be in one full team production number.  Beyond that, let us know how many routines you are comfortable agreeing to. Roughly, the entry fees are:  Solos: $90-$150, Duet/Trio: $60-$90, Groups: $35-$60  per competition, as well as a one-time choreography fee.  We plan to attend 2-3 full team competitions this year. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the form.
