Extended School Care (ESC) Registration for 2022-2023
St. Joseph School offers an extended day program.  We are excited to offer a before and an after school on-site care program for our students in grades K-6.  Morning hours are from 7:00am to 7:45am and includes breakfast.  After school care hours are from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and include a healthy snack.  In addition, all ESC families will receive a key fob that allows families access to the school building before or after regular school day hours to drop off or pick up students ($10 deposit).  Drop ins are welcome with a 24 hour notice.

The fees are ESC are listed below and are per student:

Before School rate: $6

After School rates:
Pick-up by 4:00pm: $6
Pick-up by 4:30pm: $9
Pickup by 5:00pm: $12
Pickup by 5:30pm: $15
Pickup by 6:00pm: $18

Students picked up after 6:00pm will be assessed an additional $15 charge every 15 minutes.

Childcare days (non-school days): $45/day

Please note that families must reserve a space for non-school days one week (7 days) prior to the non-school date of care.  If we do not have 5+ students registered, we will not be open for child care on a non-school day.  Students need to bring a bag lunch on childcare dates.  Snacks will be provided.
 
Please note: ESC will not be open for the MEA Break in October 2022 (Oct. 19-20-21).

Our ESC program is required to have vaccination records and birth certificates on file for all students.

ESC fobs: Do you have a key fob that allows you access to the building?  Key fobs will be turned off until this question is answered.  I understand that each family will only be issued two fobs.   The fob will only work on the school inner doors on school days, outer doors on non-school days.  It will not work on classrooms. *
