The instructor holds the right to refuse admittance to anyone positive for Covid-19 or exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 or any other contagious disease. All attendees must shower & be clean, including clean hands & nails to participate in class.
By registering for and attending this event, you hereby give Michelle Coffman permission to use any photos or videos taken at the class in any media or format without further payment to or consent from you.
By attending all or any part of this event, you hereby assume all risk and responsibility for (1) exposure to COVID-19 and its variants, (2) your own safety at the event, (3) complying with directions given by instructors, staff, or facility personnel, and (4) receiving a massage in class or engaging in any other activity, and you and your heirs and assigns hereby release Michelle Coffman, the facility, and instructors assistants from all liability and responsibility for any loss, illness, disability, or injury (including death) or other damages to person or property suffered by you, your heirs and assigns, or your clients as a result of your attendance, participation in a class, or information received at this event.
