Submission of this interest form does not guarantee a place in the BAC Incubator Kitchen; this is a preliminary application to determine eligibility. Preference is given to residents of Brightmoor/48223 zip code.
RATE SCHEDULE
PLEASE NOTE: All commercial kitchen renters must make a minimum monthly payment of $150 to maintain access to our kitchen program. Rental agreements must be renewed by January 1st of each year and is effective until December 31st of the same year. New applicants may apply at any time throughout the year, effective until December 31st.
Facility hourly usage is deducted from the monthly minimum – monthly usage of kitchen program in excess of $150 will be billed along with the next monthly minimum payment.
A refundable security deposit of $45 is required for participation in the BAC kitchen program.
All supplies and equipment used in production must be stored onsite (MDARD policy). Please consider your storage needs before applying.

Special rates available for free community classes.
All storage is first come, first serve. Prepaid rental fees are non-refundable.
Packaging rates are for clients who need to come in strictly to prepare/package their products.
Packaging rates include use of tables ONLY, not use of equipment.
Annual BAC Membership is $45 and allows you to access benefits such as rental discounts, vendor booth fee discounts, consignment discounts, and more. To apply, complete our Member application.
