Fees, Billing, and Payment
A registration fee of $55 for the first child, $45 for the second, $35, for the third child, etc. is due at the time of enrollment; exception for registration fee is if your child(ren) is enrolled in CCA. Payment can be received one of four ways; check, cash, credit card (during school operation hours) or FACTS. FACTS is the most convenient and preferred payment option as a third party billing company to collect and manage tuition and fees. FACTS is authorized by you for automatic transfer of funds to the school on the monthly installment payment dates. A $50.00 yearly fee is paid to FACTS. Pre-authorized automated payments can be done conveniently from one’s checking or savings account, or by way of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX. CCAD bills monthly for your contracted days of care. If not using FACTS, payment will be due no later than the last business day of the month to remain in active care. Balances for care are not allowed to carry over from month to month. Child care will not continue for unpaid bills. A $30.00 fee for late payment or bounced checks will be applied for any remaining balance carrying over into the next month. Members of Calvary Baptist Church receive a 10% discount and the enrollment fee waived. *
