KIS  School-wide Satisfaction Survey 2019-20

Dear Members of the KIS Community,

Thank you for your continued support for KIS. In the spirit of collaboration, we feel that your voice is invaluable in our understanding of the current state of our school.

Please participate in our 2019-20 School-Wide Satisfaction Survey below. We do encourage you to tell us your thoughts in detail. Anyone who is a part of the KIS is welcome to participate. You may choose to participate together as a family or respond individually. Staff with children can fill out 2 separate forms (as parent/as staff).

Please fill out this survey by Monday, May 25th.

Please understand that this is an anonymous survey, so you do not have to tell us who you are. We appreciate your frank and open response. In order to protect your identity, the Board Chair will be the only person who can directly see your response, who will collate them for public feedback. Please also feel free to write your responses in Japanese.

Your responses will be indispensable for the continued growth of KIS. We look forward to learning from you.
