Details | We offer private art classes for corporate groups or private parties. We accommodate birthday parties or other special events for 1 to 10 classes in either painting or ceramics.

Materials |  Ceramics courses come with clay, glazes, and firing. Students in oil and acrylic courses buy and bring their own materials. We provide materials for most mixed media youth courses.

Course Price | The total course price depends on the duration of the class and the number of sessions.

Class Size | At this time, 8 is the maximum number of students allowed in the studio due to social distancing.

Masks | The art center has a blanket requirement that all individuals at all times are required to wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status. Food and drink are only permitted outdoors.

Please read the Whitemarsh Art Center COVID-19 Agreement, which all students and participants will be required to sign prior to participation. We will not hold a class unless all participants sign the agreement.
ADULT STUDENTS:
I agree to wear a mask (over my nose and mouth) when indoors at Whitemarsh Art Center, to follow the Art Center's safety "social-distancing seating" protocols, and to not come to the art center if I have been knowingly exposed to Covid-19, or am experiencing Covid-19 symptoms (from CDC list: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, and Diarrhea). As the Covid-19 situation and scientific knowledge of the virus and outbreak regularly changes, I further agree to comply with any and all safety protocols imposed at any time by Whitemarsh Art Center while at the Whitemarsh Art Center facilities. If I test positive for Covid-19, I agree to alert art center staff immediately if in the two weeks prior I was inside the Whitemarsh Art Center facility. Prior to reentry to the art center, no earlier than 2 weeks from the positive test, I must provide Whitemarsh Art Center staff with a negative Covid-19 test result. I understand that my failure to follow these protocols may result in my removal from the course or open studio and I will forfeit my art center registration payment.

YOUTH STUDENTS - To be signed by a Legal Guardian:

As a legal guardian of the underage student, I understand and agree that my child will be asked to wear a mask (over both nose and mouth) when indoors at Whitemarsh Art Center, to follow the Art Center's "social-distancing seating" protocols and to not come to the art center if the child has been knowingly exposed to Covid-19, or is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms (from CDC list: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, and Diarrhea).
