Dear Parent/Guardian,
 Booker T. Washington High School, students participating in the Title I, Part A program, and their families, agree that this compact outlines how the parents, the entire school staff, and the students will share the responsibility for improved student academic achievement as well as describes how the school and parents will build and develop a partnership that will help children achieve the Georgia Department of Education high standards.
Please sign and date below to acknowledge that you have received, read, and agree to this School-Parent Compact.  Once signed, return this cover sheet form to your child’s Advisory teacher and keep the School Parent Compact as a reminder of your commitment.  The School-Parent Compact will be discussed with you throughout the year at different school-family events as we work together to help your child succeed in school.

Los estudiantes partícipes en el programa Título I, Parte A, y sus familias de Booker T. Washington High School,  acuerdan que este convenio describe de qué forma los padres, todo el personal de la escuela, y los estudiantes compartirán la responsabilidad para mejorar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes y también describe de qué forma la escuela y los padres construirán una alianza para ayudar a los niños a alcanzar los altos estándares del estado.
Por favor firme y ponga fecha a continuación para reconocer que usted ha recibido, leído y está de acuerdo con este Convenio entre Escuela y Padres. Después de firmar, por favor regrese la forma al maestro del primer periodo de su hijo y conserve el Convenio entre Escuela-Padres como recordatorio de su compromiso. El Convenio entre Escuela y Padres será discutido con usted durante el año escolar en diferentes eventos entre la escuela y la familia mientras trabajamos juntos para ayudar a que su hijo tenga éxito en la escuela.
