Case Studies in the Limitations of Empathy

We are soliciting examples of projects where designers have encountered any of the 16 limitations of empathy that have been described in the document at bit.ly/empathylimitations. Information submitted here will be used to:

1. Submit examples of projects where designers have encountered limitations of empathy.

2. Ideate tactical and practical ways to overcome any limitations.

3. Identify additional limits of empathy not described here.
