If yes, please click the class times that would fit in your schedule. All classes are held for 45 minutes.  In general, I would like to start with an early morning 2x/week and a mid morning 2x/week.  I am trying to decide on the time.  Please use the OTHER to let me know what are the best days for you.  I should also mention I am requesting you bring a set of dumbbells to each class.  I am passionate about strength training for women over 40 years old and these classes will incorporate strength every workout. 
I am currently deciding upon the Lumberyard and the PAC for indoor bootcamp (fyi...the dome is super expensive and would require too high of a price for bootcamp).  There are pros and cons to the PAC & Lumberyard so I want to hear from you.  Please let me know if you have a preference where class is held.  You DO NOT have to be a member of the PAC to do bootcamp there.  Some things to consider.....The Lumberyard has a turf field which is more forgiving whereas the PAC is a gym floor.  I have no scheduling issues with the Lumberyard, we have the place to ourselves.  I do have some scheduling issues with the PAC.  We may have to hold bootcamp while a court next door has basketball going on.  If you are someone who wants to be able to come to an early morning as well as a mid morning when your schedule allows, you want to vote for the Lumberyard.  The PAC has to be through Community Education so you can only go to what you sign up for.  I hope that makes sense.
